My name is Alvin Wong.


A former Chef of Shangri-La Hotel (Nadaman).


I am currently a PA Trainer, specialise in Japanese Cuisine.


Trained in Japan (Imperial Hotel Tokyo).


I have been Awarded by the Singapore Food Map for the
Best Culinary Skill for Tempura.


I'm also active in some country clubs like Tanah Merah, Chinese Swimming Club, Safra and Company events too.
